  it may be too obvious but my simple brain fails to comrehend what is going right in this political era in Ghana.

  You should know by now that the government will not do anything about your situation. Mobilize funds from alumni, well-to-do Akatsi sons and daughters living in Accra and overseas, and from the traditional council. Forget about the fact that the Institute is government-owned.The issue here is not about the Ghana government, it is about the education of sons and daughters of Akatsi.

  When will that sort of unnecessary burden on Parents Stopped in the Country.Since inception of Academic Education in the Country always PTA is levied for govt responsibilities since
  Adam and Eve to no end in sight; Why !. Ghanaian authorities should learn a lesson from foreign Countries to establish day Schools to Curtail the financial burden on both Parents and govt,is the Common Sense approach in the 21st Century. I do not understand why Ghana govt quote figures on Money in foreign Currency (dollars),but refused to learn a Common Sense approach from the Custodians of the $, in their Education planning-Day High Schools Across the Country.What is that boarding, boarding Schools about ! Sick and Confused nation indeed !
