What level of desperation is this? The matemehu coke barons and bomb throwers vowed to make the country ungovernable and have been at it since 2009 when Ghanaians decided ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH WITH KU4'S LOOTING BRIGADE. Since then, strikes, demonstrations, chewing electric cables and setting fires in markets, govt building, including passport office, and so on. If NPP was good in govt Ghanaians would not have thrown them out. So I ask what is desperation to get back to govt AT ALL COST for? TO CONTINUE WITH KUFOUR'SS LOOTIING? NOWAY

MAHAMA AND HIS BUNCH OF CROOKISH INCOMPETENT CORRUPT MONSTERS CAN NEVER DO IT! NO! NOT IN A MILLION YEARS!!! NDC LACK THE BRAINS. JUST LOOK AROUND; CAN'T YOU SEE? JUST OPEN YOUR EARS; CAN'T YOU HEAR? IS THIS THE GHANA K4 HANDED OVER TO NDC GREEDY CORRUPT BASTARDS??? ---------------WHO CAN PROVE KWASI ADADE WRONG? I AM SAYING, THAT, GHANAIANS VOTED FOOLISHLY!!-- IS THIS NDC'S BETTER GHANA? THEN WHAT WILL THEIR BITTER GHANA BE?--- IF THIS IS NDC'S PRAISE THE LORD, THEN, WHAT WILL THEIR CRUCIFY HIM BE?--- GHANA'S PROBLEM, TODAY, IS NOTHING BUT THE RESULT OF CRIMINAL NDC'S ALLIANCE TO CREATE, LOOT AND SHARE POLICY***---------------*** "IT IS ONLY A FOOL, WHO ALLOWS HIS TESTICLES TO BE STEPPED ON, TWICE"-------GO OUT THERE AND RECEIVE YOUR REWARD, ALL GHANAIANS. GO AND PAY THE PRICE FOR YOUR FOOLISHNESS. YOU DON'T GIVE A SECOND MANDATE TO AN INCOMPETENT AND CORRUPT GOVERNMENT, NO!! NOT AT ALL, THAT IS ABOMINATION IN DEMOCRACY, VERY SUICIDAL. HAD NDC MANAGED THE ECONOMY WELL, THESE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE SITUATION. NDC HAS PRESIDED OVER THE BIGGEST RESOURCES GHANA HAS EVER HAD. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTRACTED MORE LOANS THAN ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT IN OUR HISTORY, BUT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THIS. GHANAIANS SHOULD HAVE ENJOYED SOME ECONOMIC PROGRESS AT THIS TIME IN OUR HISTORY. THE ECONOMY IS COLLAPSING BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS SO CORRUPT. TO RESCUE THE SITUATION, THE POOR IS NOW BEING FORCED TO PAY. THIS IS INJUSTICE. THIS IS NOT THE GHANA KUFFOUR HANDED OVER TO NDC, HE EVEN ADDED FRESH CRUDE OIL WELLS. NPP TRANFORMED GHANA TO A MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMY WITH LIMITED RESOURCES BUT GOOD POLICIES. NDC IS WOEFULLY REVERSING THESE NPP ACHIEVEMENTS. GHANA'S CURRENT SITUATION IS VERY DISTURBING. WHEN THE HISTORY IS TOLD, IT WILL BE SAID THAT GHANAIANS WERE OFFERED FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION, IMPROVED UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, SOCIAL HOUSING FOR THE POOR AND AN EGALITARIAN SOCIETY BUT 50% SAID NO THANK YOU. THEY PREFERRED ECONOMIC "WOYOMISATION" , PHANTOM DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, PHILANDERERS FOR LEADERS, MACHIAVELLIAN DISRESPECTFUL CORRUPT LOUTS AND A VISIONLESS EVIL GOVERNMENT. I AM SO PROUD I VOTED FOR NANA AKUFFO ADDO.

You are the shameless one for thinking this predicament you are in is acceptable after 58years of independence. This is a basic resource we are talking about here, electricity, water and good roads. Ghanaians need to start thinking and for crying out loud drop that unnecessary political affiliation worshiping which does not lead to nation building but rather the opposite. You are a disgrace to Ghana if this is your level of thinking and same to the people on this site who pretend to be blind to what is going on in this country just by mere political affiliations you would prefer to keep mute and exalt mediocracy...Shame to all of you people. This is 2015 and you still live in darkness, with no drinking water, Ghanaians are laughable people, travel and see the differences.6th MARCH it is, fellow comrades this is your national duty, Arise,Arise,Arise!!!

CG should disagree to agree. Its a common sense to know that its a national day, and the Police would be committed heavily across the country for security purposes. Why demonstration on that day. The leaders should think of the lives of their supporters because many will take the laws into their own hands. and bet me, many will be in trouble at the end of the day should this so called demonstration goes on. I share your concerns but its a national day and many nationals would be in the country.

Anybody who has followed the civil rights issues of the day across the world, realizes the issue of dumsor, dumsor has become one of civil rights.
In any society where critical matters of the day have led to the loss of lives of the citizenry, has led to stifling of progress of the citizenry, has led to the denial of the rights of the masses to freedom, independence and the pursuit of happiness, the nature of the issues assumes a civil rights dimension.
So it is with this issue of dumsor, dumsor.
It means, protest, it means demonstration organized and spontaneous, it means imprisonment, it means litigation until the issues in this case the dumsor, dumsor is resolved and resolved completely, fully and ad infinitum never, ever to occur again.
The demo needs to and has to happen, fact.

Ghanaians who hold a stake in the welfare of Ghana must see NPP as a dangerous party to the tranquility and development of Ghana.
NPP zealots and their cult worshippers did not hesitate giving glowing tributes to a common terrorist J.B. Danquah, a party founding member, but see it fitting to agitate and incite some of Ghana's uneducated foot soldiers and classroom educated but ignorant folks into a demo on Ghana's Independence Day out of spite. But they insist on their ill-conceived unpatriotic act despite not getting approval from Ghana’s law enforcement agency. If this is not acts of treason then I do not know what it will take for NPP to charge anyone in Ghana with treason.
