So why is the NDC over-enthusiastic to encore this blatant mistake?
What is the wisdom in doing the same wrong thing over and over again?What do you hope to accomplish?
If posterity will privatize the buses in future at all cost,why not create the requisite conducive environment for the private sector to take over?
