The issue is incompetent, corrupt and clueless JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA and his thieving, stealing and incompetent team (Okudzeto Ablakwa, Ato Forson [ACCA non-qualified student, Ofusu-Kwaakye, Afriyie-Ankrah, etc,) are destroying Ghana and killing the vulnerable with their incompetence and mismanagement of the country.
If businesses cannot function due to power shortages through the period and as such cannot meet their targets how can the GRA meet its target? What is the source of information this idiotic Terkper getting his information from? No wonder he presented a budget which was out of date by the time he released his figures. These are the idiots ruling Ghana.

When you gather more taxes n the cedi ends up losing its value then u are not making any progress. The value of the cedi is what matters. Stop indexing in dollers at the ports.
