If as of 2015 government institutions in Ghana do not have employee written policy handbooks that regulate acceptable employee behavior and or department acceptable transaction protocols then it would be better for parliament to produce one instead of the games. I am of the opinion that if there were any number of smart people left in Ghana's parliament they would get together and put together acceptable practices and procedures manual that must govern the new GYEEDA and any act that may be deemed as a breach to those practices and procedures; breaches should mandate arrest, booking and suspension from work without pay of the accused until investigations are completed.
If exonerated, the government must make the accused whole by restoring lost wages, employment accrued time and or seniority status. There are lives at stake and Ghana's youth cannot be held hostages to the NPP NDC silliness.

Our MPs should stop being petty.
I suggest the Minority which crying over loopholes that will result in financial losses to the Nation, do well to pinpoint the loop holes for public scrutiny and further come out with alternatives that will plug the so called loop holes. Lamentations and refusing to pass the bill is not in the best interest of the Youths of the Nation. If the Minority is not against the passing of the bill as claimed by the Ranking Member for Youth, Sports and Culture committee Hon.Issac Kwame Asiamah, then the Minority MPs have a responsibility as law makers assist the Majority to clear the loop holes and by consensus pass the bill. This what they are paid for.

The money that was looted by the former managers of GYEEDA has not been retrieved and yet Mahama's NDC government wants another bill to pass without proper scrutiny to enable them steal again. When will NDC learn to respect Ghanaians as we deserve better.
