    Kindly get to Customs and you will find that there are more happenings with regards to this promotion saga than what have been reported.

    Rather than the Chief of staff waste time appointing retired guys why not address the recent general PROMOTIONS which was fraught with RISKS,INCOMPETENCE,INEPTITUDE,INEFFICIENCY, and above all CORRUPTION.
