  My brother was victimized and callously sacked by the Ghana Health Service with his case in court since 2012.The GHS fraudulently dismissed him by forging a mental illness on him without bases.The basis of his dismissal was because he could not present himself for treatment of a possible delusional disorder in a letter signed by the Director General Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira.The diagnosis was made and compulsory treatment instituted despite my brother not availing himself to the medical board following a tip off of intentions to victimize him.The action of the GHS was against the background that my brother had been a victim of some atrocities and inhuman treatment by the Medical Director of Effia Nkwanta hospital with knowledge of headquarters,GHS.In deed the Medical Director forced him to go for a psychiatry assessment with the report hidden from him because it favored my brother until CHRAJ intervened.A bribery scandal of 50 ghana cedis then killed a patient because she could afford the bribe of 50 ghana cedis for blood transfusion with the paranoid Medical Director falsely accusing my brother of being behind a media publication.He vowed at a management to get him sacked and got him sacked with his letter signed by the DG copied on two occasions to then Health Minister Alban Bagbin before and after his dismissal.The GHS even have the audacity to refuse to enter appearance and defense and are very comfortable because our courts instead of administering justice connive,condone in crime and corruption to obstruct justice. The case is currently stack at the Fast Track High Court 2 with Court staff and Lawyers alike conspiring to frustrate and drag the case in favour of GHS despite my brother being at the receiving end of some inhuman treatment.Many instances he has been told his docket cannot be traced in an attempt to unjustly throw out the case.He has been the subject of some serious abuses and insinuations to intimidate him from pursuing the case.If a lawyer can take an amount of 3000 ghana cedis from a client without a job and salary and turn around and insult and abuse him like a child any time he complaints about dragging the case,then we have a big problem in this country.I was boiling with so much anger when the lawyer told blatant lies on phone to our sister to discredit a client he is supposed to represent and have taken so much money from.If the judiciary is not very careful with the way justice is routinely obstructed for sake of money,it will be heading towards anarchy with lawyers in particular at the receiving end of victims rage.
