Author:-Mahmoud...If we may ask, is the NDC new party school another communist ideological institution? The Young Pioneers implanted by Nkrumah in our midst did more harm than good to the development of this country when they usurped power from 1972 to 2001.
Our experience with the quack neo-communists is that, they seize power unjustifiably through coups and counter coups, and Ghanaians only suffer dictatorship, tyranny, corruption and economic mismanagement under them. Being in power now for six years, the NDC has failed again to improve the economy simply because their fundamentals are wrong. In fact, they don't have what it takes to salvage the sinking economy.
Under normal circumstances, political parties are formed to produce leaders democratically. But in the case of NDC, a tyrant created the party with state power and resources to legitimize his illegitimate regime and cling to power fraudulently. NDC is therefore, an artificial and illegitimate party followed by stomach politicians and sycophants.

Madam, let me ask this. How many of your judges are determined to allow the brown envelope to pass by so that they give a fair ruling? If you have judges like Atubuga & co how can you banish corruption?

The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.
This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.
“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”, Greenstreet shouted when he delivered his party’s solidarity message to the NDC at the congress at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti regional Captial, Kumasi – stronghold of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”
“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”
He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”
“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”
“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”
The wheelchair-bound Politicians has been called names and criticised by leaders and supporters of the NDC after his bluntness. While Majority Leader Alban Bagbin has said he believed Greenstreet was possessed by some demons, which caused him to be “so emotional”, presidential staffer Sam George wrote on his Facebook wall that: “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs elevation to see the Better Ghana.”
However, Nkrumah said Greenstreet’s message was crafted by the CPP to capture the mood and mind of the entire country.

I will not stop saying that black people cannot rule themselves for peace to prevail. The educated ones see those "under them" as animals, uncouth hordes, none entities etc hence their dastardly acts of committing unpardonable crimes such as corruption etc against them.

When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

The Internal Control mechanism at the judiciary is very weak.
What is the Director of Audit doing there?
He/She should regularly audit the system to ensure that files are not hidden by your staff. The Director of Audit should know what type of measures to institute.
When the Audit Reports are submitted to you (Chief Justice) deal with them appropriately and sanction the officials in the report.
Please invite the Director of Audit and appropriately empower him/her in the performance of his/her functions.

If the Supreme Court Judges, including ATUGUBAH, stop taking bribes, it will help bring down corruption in the judicial system.
Madam Chief Justice: it is not the fault of the staff. The Judges have shown the staff how to take bribe.
Please note that sometime the Judge, after taking the bribe from the letigant, will send the same person to the staff to bring his/her docket to him the Judge in his chambers.
What does it imply? Does it not smell rat? If lawyers of both parties are to see the judge in his/her chambers, that is fine.
Notwithstanding, if a staff is caught accepting a bribe from a widow, he/she must be fired WITHOUT DELAY.
In the same way,if it happens to a Judge or a Magistrate, his/her immediate dismissal must be recommended. This will bring sanity into the system
The corruption starts from TOP to BOTTOM. I disagree with your charge to the staff to start the fight against corruption from their end.
If the Judges stop, it will permeate without anybody telling or cautioning the staff.

At the height of a political corruption trial, the prosecuting attorney attacked a witness. "Isn't it true," he bellowed, "that you accepted five thousand dollars to compromise this case?"
The witness stared out the window as though he hadn't hear the question.
"Isn't it true that you accepted five thousand dollars to compromise this case?" the lawyer repeated.
The witness still did not respond.
Finally, the judge leaned over and said, "Sir, please answer the question."
"Oh," the startled witness said, "I thought he was talking to you."

TO MITIGATE CORRUPTION WITHIN THE JUDICIARY, APPOINT SOMEONE TO GO AROUND AND CHECK THE REGISTRATION OF CASES TO DETERMINE WHY CASES BROUGHT TO COURT ARE DELAYED. IT SHOULD BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. WHEN ONE FINDS A CASE FORGOTTEN ON THE BOOKS MEANS THE COURT WANTS MONEY TO DISPOSE OF THE CASE. THOSE THAT GOT THEIR CASES TO THE JUDGE DEFINITELY DID SOMETHING "NOKOFIO" BEFORE THEIR CASE GOT TO BE HEARD AHEAD OF OTHERS. SOMEBODY SHOULD BE IN A POSITION TO ASK WHY. IF THE ORDINARY STAFF SEING THAT THE JUDGE IS TAKING IN NOKOFIO, HOW WILL HE/SHE NOT DO THE SAME? THE CLEAN UP MUST COME FROM THE TOP NOT FROM THE BOTTOM UP. CJ MUST TALK MORE TO THE JUDGES RATHER THAN THE LOWER STAFF. IF A JUDGE ASKS THAT AN ORDINARY WORKER BE SACKED, WILL THE CJ STAND TO DEFEND THE WORKER AGAINST THE JUDGE?

That is big joke. The judicial service is more than Lavender hill where they dump all the shit. It stinks to high hell full of corruption and manipulation and right up to some of the judges who are just not accountable or cross checked by anyone and behave as if they are the almighty. Sometimes these judges have no shame in giving bogus rulings and allow delays in cases with adjournments for months and years to frustrate people. Some of the judges behave like they are the lawyers for a particular party and show complete favouritism. THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING AND FULL OF PEOPLE WHO SHOULD NOT BE IN THE JUDICIAL SERVICE.

The Majority Leader is a notorious pathological liar who is also the most corrupt and dishonorable MP in parliament. This is somebody who preach what is not practiced.Bagbin is not just corrupt but is even ready to murder for political power.I am always in a stake of shock when this man has the audacity to talk about corruption. What happened to doctors when they reported corruption in Effia Nkwanta Hospital. He did not only defy presidential inquiry into the case but also sat on written report detailing corruption in that hospital. It was under his watch the doctors were fraudulently implicated with a mental illness and sacked to cover the rot.The doctors were said to be suffering from a possible delusional disorder without any evidence in a letter signed by Appiah Denkyira and subsequently sacked with the bases that they refused compulsory treatment. The case has been fiercely gagged up at the Fast Track High Court since 2012 with the GHS refusing to enter appearance and defense knowing a can of worms will open with Alban Bagbin likely to be implicated. The doctors had their letters copied to Alban Bagbin then the Health Minister before and after their firing as if the minister had an interest in the case.
