They have already come to Ga and erected structures on the lands earmarked for road expansion, that is why Teshie people are happy about the demolition exercise.

Did you actually read and understood what the subject was all about before opening your mouth to spew out rubbish? You sound like those in the system who constantly crave about everything under the God given sun. The whole of Accra is a mess without proper planing. Now the is a system in place to re-plan Accra into modernity and you are here complaining. However, if fire services, police or ambulances can't get to such place due to poor accessibility of road, you will be the first among many to raise your voice to chastise the emergency services for not doing their job efficiently. It's writing vividly in here that those houses under demolishing has been compensated? So then, what is beef.

How are families being split apart? Are they all not still in Ghana and in Accra? Better roads will make it easier for family members to reach each other.

Dan, you are talking nonsense. It just makes no sense that over 90 percent of dual carriages and highways in Ghana are concentrated in Ga.
Give the Ga people some space to breath.

If these are illegal structures, what is the justification for compensating them? If govt. is acquiring lands from rightful owners, then compensation is due.
