  On 24th Nov 2014, the deal signed or sealed was for $6billion dollars and on 27th Jan 2014 the deal signed is for $7billion dollars, a staggering difference of $1billion dollars.

  Why is Africa in a mess? Our European friends will never do such deals because they know questions about the $1Billion will be raised but they connive and cover lots of deals in developing countries. I a, only asking "is it true that the deal has been inflated by $1billion? Let EU help us in probing such matters. We don't need free gifts from them. We need integrity in their dealings with us.
