Folks, Ghana is on the verge of experiencing a loot, ala "Merchant bank style" in the famous Tony Lithur "let's maintain the status quo ante" statement surrounding the not so distant swallow of Merchant Bank.

A successful leader is one who is able to groom somebody to fill his role and not be burdened by the need to be there all the time. This Nunoo Mensah knows no shame. After being rendered Simpa Panyin with some ridiculous title "Head of the Human Security Department of the National Security Council" this old man should know he has overstayed his welcome and just bow out whilst the applauds are loud. But ney, not Brigadier General Joseph Nunoo-Mensah. He still likes the trappings of power. He has become Don Quixote but John Mahama does not have the courage to tell him in his face. Butt out Akora, they don't want you there. How can you be so blind?

Isn't it worrying that at his age he still wants to serve till he dies like old Boxer in Animal Farm? Let Mahama send him packing to some outpost ambassadorial duty. May be we should send him to Nigeria or Somalia where they will appreciate his security expertise.

I am sure the president has lost faith in him after his infamous suggestion and advice to Ghanaians who complained about difficulties in the country to leave Ghana and settle in a foreign land.
