  without the parliamentary aproval of an afordable unique Price throughout the Country any type of Money collection from the Ambulance Service is illegal and must be punish by law, because the People had already contributed huge some of Money into the NHIS through the tax net in the Country.
  if parliament allow this type of illegal Money collection to goes on it will discourage the patronisations. what they should do is that -if they still want to Charge the People for their Services unique Price must be made public for a debate
