    It was the government of the day that put the KPMG to task to regulate the Government payroll and update her with its findings for appropriate action. So, Mr. scandalous Chronicle, this is no news.

    Pls note that the audit was commissioned by the CAGD. Its to enable government address the problem of payroll management. The problem has been there. It did not start during the NPP regime only.
