After six solid years in authority, power, reigns, now you are planning to introduce electronic salary payment voucher system,to reduce the incidence of GHOST WORKERS ON GOVERNMENT PAYROLL,AS WELL AS, PERIODIC AUDITS TO STREAMLINE THE PAYROLL
So,if not MR.FRANKLIN KUJO'S ASSERTION PERTAINING TO PAYROLL FRAUD,NDC HAS BEEN WALLOWING IN,SINCE TIME IMMEMORIAL,YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE CHANGED THIS CANCER.
It's about time, you guys did the right thing for Ghana to prosper, because you have created a huge burden on the citizenry of Ghana with your:
IGNORANCE,INCOMPETENCE,CORRUPTION,UNPATRIOTIC ATTITUDE AND SELFISHNESS,WEAK AND UNPRODUCTIVE,UNMEANINGFUL ECONOMIC POLICIES,DECEIT,LIES,PROPAGANDA ETC.
Anytime I come to Ghana,I will make sure I meet people like you to talk real time, serious business with you these politicians.
BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT gHANA,AT ALL.

The budget has been thrown out of gear.Meaning,it is unlikely that the budgeted inflation rate of 11% is unattainable. Therefore,it is wise for the government to do something seriously about the recalcitrant stance of the NPA and pass on meaningful price reduction in petrol to cushion inflation and trim the high cost of living facing majority of Ghanaians.
Sticking to the cost recovery excuse being advanced by the NPA will not do you any good.In fact,we stand to benefit more from a price reduction than from immediate liquidation of the debt owed to the Bulk Oil Companies.

Let us stay away from the games the big boys are playing.we would have a sound economy minus oil, at least for the short term which is what we need anyway at this point .
