Things of interest will be done according to schedule.The minister to tell the people of Ghana how the plan will work in practice. What he said was just speaking English. This is all they know how to do best.Using big words of hope with little to show.
Development projects are littered all over without any one completed for use. Government is adopting this strategy for the sake of propaganda. All these are smeared with corruption, enriching themselves in the process.

Speaking at the launch held at the headquarters of the National Youth Authority (NYA) on Thursday in Accra, acting National Coordinator of NYA, Ras Mubarak, described NYPIP as a calculated and pragmatic response to the challenges facing the youth in the country.

According to him, "It seeks to reverse what has become an unhealthy trend, and an undesirable societal ill that can only retard the progressive nature of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government which has showed greater commitment to youth development."

He disclosed that there are thematic areas of the NYPIP, which include "human development and technology, economic empowerment, youth participation, governance and leadership, culture sports and national orientation."
