    Why and how on earth should the fine be paid to GPRTU? That union of drivers is not a government institution rather it is a private money making group formed by drivers who had no job because of dishonesty. More over this spo ...

    Evidences should be backed by video coverage. After 5 penalties points should be put on drivers licences to serve as a deterent to others. Reckless drivers should have their licences suspended for at least 6 months.

    Somebody should help me understand the fine. A spot fine of GHS60.00 for each minor traffic offence of up to five offences, a total of 40 penalty units or GHS480.00.

    There is no single car in the streets of the USA with reflectors.
    All Cars have reflectors in their lights as a design and does to require plastic reflectors on their cars.
    Why Ghana ??? Since all cars are so designed.

    I agree perfectly with you Bill. i bought a Venza with original reflectors and i was still arrested by the Police because i do not have sticker reflectors. it is amazing how we think in this country......

    Are they going to be taking cash on the spot or they will be given tickets for them to go to the office and make payment? If they are paying cash on the spot, then lucky them for this exercise.
