    Over confident Frankilyn Cudjoe has failed his Risk Management exams at CAGD. His solutions are not relevant to the problem at hand.

    Cleaning must be done at the recruitment and input level.

    IMANI is right,outsourcing IT services is definately one of the solutions to the problem. It will mitigate risk where people are abusing the system by stealing from the state
