Isa (Jesus) in his lifetime, attempted to wake a dead man from his grave, but the dead man asked him if he'll ever died again, and Jesus answers yes. The dead man told Jesus that he doesn't want to die the second time because of death pain, Jesus then left him. So, I wonder how this man could come back. Jesus is going to come back to the world because he didn't in the first place, if he was dead, he wouldn't be able to come back the world. He was saved by God when the Jewish wanted to kill him.

Yes,there are some people dead in one Country,showing up and living in another Country; we know that ; but that is not a Resurrection.Because in a Resurrection the person was not Buried !
Having said that,there are more questions than answers to the story
that makes the account doubtful. I would have given him the benefit of doubt,but for the mention of Pope John Paul and Michael Jackson ! For example, this guy whatever he calls himself,is a Ghanaian and an African, right ! Why was he not shown the status of any of the past prominent deceased Ghanaians like Agyeman Prempeh, Kwame Nkrumah,his own great grandfather,grandparents, or some of the certified wicked Africans like,Idi Amin, Mobutu etc but those two well-known prominent persons non-Africans,outside his territory. I doubt the genuineness to his story.

Check from the mortuary-man whether something like that has happened before? Again police should come in for the grave to be dug and see what is in. Then Doctors should examine him well. DNA test also can help.

If that person learns a lot from the community his/her resemblance lived in should come to your house and claim he/she is the person you know, won't you believe him/her?
