    The country is in dire need of housing and this proves an efficient use of existing landed assets. Left unbuilt, squatters will occupy these prime lands and litigate a prolonged expensive and eviction...KUDOS MD

    What a shame!!! Nkrumah built the entire Tema township with Ghanaians, but today this small project cannot be built by Ghanaians but by the Chinese.what a retrogression !!!
