Bugri left school after completing P4 and was pushing a truck in Tamale. Because of his huge build he was employed by Ghana Airways as a Loading Boy at Tamale Airport. With time he specialized in stealing from passengers' bags. He eventually stole a huge sum from a lebanese's bag and resigned to become a contractor. And that is all about Bugri Naabu!

In any case Bugri Naabu finds it convinient to pretend to forget that the biggest Konkomba war monger Moses Magbemba is an ambassador. The man who declared in parliament in ambassador debate with the respected Mohammed ibn Chambas that the Konkombas are the Jews of Ghana and you touch one Konkomba you touch all Konkombas. They are also communal in nature, that is to say they rally behind a fellow konkomba against an adversary, even if their kinsman appears wrong. But the man Bugri Naabu has ridden on the back of konkombas for far too long. Kpassa has an NDC MP with majority of the people being Konkombas. So a yam festival in Kpassa, a town in Volta Region, I find it very difficult to understand why the organizers chose to invite Bugri Naabu, an opportunistic NPP chairman. The Konkombas themselves need to understand that majority of their members are in NDC, and to continue to keep this fringe NPP man as their leader would only make them a laughing stock in the country. Why, there are very political neutralKonkomba men who can be appointed spokesmen for Konkombas, and not divisive Bugri Naabu. Yes, Konkombas went to war with Gonjas and other Northern tribes, but that belongs to History. A gonja man is President of Ghana, and has not done anything to favour his tribesmen over other Northen tribes. So why should Bugri Naabu be inciting Konkombas at this time, when all Northerners are beginning to live in peace and harmony with each other? Bugri Naabu has not bought Konkombas, so thery must begin looking for a new spokesman, if there is any such position. What is the work of the seven MPs? Are they not more qualified to be the accredited spokesmen? Please Bugri Naabu, you are becoming a nuisance in the country with your utterances.

Were you not in Ghana when chiefs from Volta region paid a visit to Wayome when he was in police custody. There are many examples where chiefs from some particular regions call on governments to appoint people from their areas as ministers.

Even we, Gonjalanders, who raised and nurtured John Mahama to maturity, upheld and gave him all our support, energy, votes, well wishes, prayers, sweat in campaigning, from his days as candidate for MP, to MP, and then to Cabinet Minister, and further on to Vice President and now President, what have we got yet? We expect a lot from John in Gonjaland and we are still begging him for 1000 GHS. Join the club Mr. Bugri Haaba. Mr. Bugri Naabu, let me tell you this in your face. We all know that the NPP people sent you here to make these comments, in collusion with your partner in crime, our own PRO Haruna, We know Haruna is behind all these moves. We, love Haruna.
