Allowing the Prez to run unopposed is against the spirit with which the constitution was framed. The manner in which politicians come by money to run for President is sometimes disturbing; but even if this is the motive for this call then I am sure the President's hands might be already tied.

The problem is that of cheap wiring.In the first place the wires are not of any good quality and upon that instead of putting the wires in conduit pipes and burying them inside the wall, they are exposed and rodents chew on them especially the areas which run above the ceiling. When the exposed wires touch each other, the result is fire.

The root causes of fire must be addressed. Rodents are a major cause of fires in homes and businesses. A look at our factories and warehouses shows a major fire hazard waiting to happen. What has happened to the periodic inspections by EPA and other agencies responsible for inspecting institutions that are supposed to do pest controls. Our indifferent attitude encourages foreign companies and industries to flout our laws. In developed civilized countries, no one is spared when they flout these inspections. Wake up Fire Service, EPA and GSA.

Well for your info, rodents chew on everything that goes into building or maintaining a house. They chew on wires and expose them, so with these rampant lights off and on, a spark is all is needed. It is a major cause of fire ...

It is a major cause of fires but certainly not all the 103 fires. Prevention is better than cure instead of always attributing our failures to some opponents action. We are in SILLY TIME!
