Osmanu has defrauded people from Ghana, Texas to New York. He never stays in one place for long and always on the move. HE is a born criminal. But let me tell you this, anyone, includong your mother who tells you that you will get 10% return on your investments every 3 months, that is 40% a year. D'ont beleive it. What planet are they investing on?. That is typical fraud.
