Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.

“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”, Greenstreet shouted when he delivered his party’s solidarity message to the NDC at the congress at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti regional Captial, Kumasi – stronghold of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).

In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”

“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”

He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”

“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”

“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”

The wheelchair-bound Politicians has been called names and criticised by leaders and supporters of the NDC after his bluntness. While Majority Leader Alban Bagbin has said he believed Greenstreet was possessed by some demons, which caused him to be “so emotional”, presidential staffer Sam George wrote on his Facebook wall that: “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs elevation to see the Better Ghana.”

However, Nkrumah said Greenstreet’s message was crafted by the CPP to capture the mood and mind of the entire country.

What if the lady says stop but I was about to ejaculate and involuntarily push one more time and ejaculated into her "AHENFIE"? Can the court understand my predicament and have mercy on me.

Shouldn't the act of stopping be a mutual agreement between the two of us? :-) :-)

Pulling out of AHENFIE is not easy especially when you are descending on a cliff at an uncontrollable speed. Maybe I should be allowed two more strokes at that point to slow down and stop as an abrupt stop might bring an accident like STROKE or HEART ATTACK. HEHEHEHEE

Do you remember Kobe Bryant's case with the girl working in the luxury hotel room when the girl said she was raped and Kobe was charged but the case thrown out when the defense dug holes in the case during the beginning of the preliminary hearing and do you remember the rape case involving Dominique Strauss-Kahn,the former IMF boss who was accused of rape by a house keeping girl in New York?
This case is not much different from any of these two cases.

With the other girl, remember she was a black African facing a supper power house. Good lawyers could have made the man pay some settlements, it still caused him.

The main point here is that the law seems to favor the woman even where there is concentual activity.

The lawyer is right, as the law is concerned. Stop means stop, right then not a few strokes and then stop, regardless of "ready to come". Not very sweet.

In the case of Dominique Strauss-Kahn,it caused him his job,he resigned and he also settled the civil suit with the girl out of court.
His accuser was from Guinea but her nationality or color had nothing to do with the case,the prosecutors realized the girl had a past record that will throw their case out,hence they dropped the charges.

You have a great argument. The law must consider that an agreement is an agreement and if there should be a disagreement thereafter, it must go to arbitration. One party must not have the upper hand by arbitrary cancelling the contract and then have the other party pay a price for not adhering to the arbitrariness.

I agree that going downhill is very slippery and the brakes do not allow for immediate stoppage. The breaking distance is not the same as going uphill or driving on level grounds. You should be a defending attorney for this guy!

What do you think; can you do some pro-bono here?

If the other person persists after the one has decided to terminate the act, then I clearly see a forcible act by the one refusing to stop the act. No ccourt will apply the law of contracts on this. As long as the man refuses to respect the woman's request to not continue with the act, then, depending on what the laws of the land say, it very likely becomes a rape after the refusing the woman's request to not continue with the act. Contracts are only applicable in sex acts where prostitution and escort services are involved. That certainlty was not the case here.

The law on rape issues does not consider men period. Men actually deserve it because they were hoodwinked into passing such laws by feminists.
Men in high places thought it can never happen to them and they were self righteous to agree to all that these feminists convinced them to vote for.
Now the implications are before us. The state of the law means every sexual intercourse is potentially rape unless the woman does not want to complain. Even when she later regrets having sex with a particular man or demands something which is not fulfilled, she can turn around and accuse the man of rape.
The second part is the law as it stands initiates a default position of guilty against the man. Now the man must defend himself otherwise pay a heavy punishment. Mind you there is no prescribed punishment for the woman if it is as retained that she lied. It is up to the discretion of the judge.
It follows that a woman who does not know you. An accuse you of rape and technically get away with it.
