How can this be a charge in the first place, who in his right mind will go have sex with a man in a bathroom while the cousin and the cousinof the accused sit in the living room but will not struggle or resist the attempt to rape to draw the attention of the cousin and the cousin of the accused to intervene,even if the cousin of the accused will not say anything her cousin will watch her get rape?

Let me give you the definition of rape: Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration perpetrated against a person without that person's consent.
I am not a lawyer so I do not know the intricacies of law but from the definition, a woman can willingly come to your house and be in your bedroom but if she says no, she has not given you her consent. It is up to the defender to prove that she did not say no…. you get it! I just want you to be careful and not bring your secondary school nonsense with you as you grow up. You will end up like KKD, period!!

Tell us where in the world you live at where a stranger will have sex with you in front of two others just few yards away not hearing you struggle with the alleged rapist,even women who are raped at gun point all over the world don't just open their legs easily without a struggle.
There is no rape where a stranger will have sex with you without any resistance and you will claim you have been raped.
Did you see anything in this story that says the woman said no?

Give us a history of any rape case you know that happens this way which got conviction or just shut your mouth,you are not the only person living outside Ghana,get lost with your elementary understanding of rape,you need education,your understanding of rape is rather the Ghanaian primitive way of understanding rape,in the civilized world nobody will take you to court for rape without a charge,in the civilized world nobody who is not a witness to rape will go and report that somebody has been raped,in the civilized world you cannot go to the police to tell the police what people said about you being raped is not true and then go back the next day to say it is now true I have been raped,in the civilized world nobody will charge you for sexual assault when you have sexual intercourse which is rape,the only time you see charges change in the civilized world is when you plea bargain with prosecutors to get a lesser sentence and even that cannot change the original charge up until you appear before the judge who will have to accept the lesser charge.

Finally know that rape being a felony has to be proved beyond reasonable doubt to get conviction,it is not a civil case and it is not like your chief's palace where they will ask you to bring akpeteshie and ram and the case is over.

Later when Sarpong went to the kitchen to get some refreshments Ewuraffe followed him and asked, "Did you see anything under the table that you liked?" Sarpong admitted, "Well, yes I did." She said "you can have it, but it will cost you $100." After a minute or two, Sarpong indicates that he is interested. She tells him that since Darkwah works Friday afternoons and Sarpong doesn't, that Sarpong should come to their house around 2:00 PM on Friday.

Friday came and Sarpong went to her house at 2:00 PM. After paying her the $100, they went to the bedroom, had sex for a few hours and then Sarpong left.

Darkwah came home about 6:00 PM and asked his wife, "Did Sarpong come by this afternoon?" Totally shocked, Ewuraffe replied, "Yes, he did stop by for a few minutes." Next Darkwah asked, "Did Sarpong give you $100?"

How the case is unfolding, I dont think this is pull- him- down but it seems to me that the young girl's statement is accurate. First of all, the has already booked the hotel room plus he doesn't even known the ladies but because of her height he fell for her yet did not propose anything to her except friendly conversation. He then asked them to his room. As a guy, what I know is he told his cousin or friend what his intension was, that's keep the other one company while I take care of her sister in bathroom. So he asked her to the bathroom for the make up and ask her for sex she refused and whala, he forced her. Did her sister make out with his cousin? If actually this young girl wanted sex, I personally don't think it would have been in the bathroom. What would have happened was they could have a plan for his cousin to take her sister out somewhere for them to enjoy themselves but not the bathroom. Theqquestion to solve all this is, did he in fact told them to go with him to his hotel room to put make up on him? If it's true then I don't think the girl is lying.

This kind of rape is commonly associated with married couples by which the woman might not be ready to go "diggy" with the husband at the particular minute, hour or day and the man still forces himself on her anyhow anyway to have his wish.
