    Once we cannot control corruption, It should be legal. Parliament should consider that since over 95% of Ghanaians including foreigners in Ghana are corrupt.

    Ghanaians you need not be told. Just visit the clinic and the corrupt practices will speak for itself. Majority of the staff are corrupt. Extortion, bribery and corruption here and there.
