In your previous government, they will hide it because kuffour doesn't want to "spoil" his government. Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.

“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”, Greenstreet shouted when he delivered his party’s solidarity message to the NDC at the congress at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti regional Captial, Kumasi – stronghold of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).

In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”

“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”

He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”

“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”

“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”

The wheelchair-bound Politicians has been called names and criticised by leaders and supporters of the NDC after his bluntness. While Majority Leader Alban Bagbin has said he believed Greenstreet was possessed by some demons, which caused him to be “so emotional”, presidential staffer Sam George wrote on his Facebook wall that: “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs elevation to see the Better Ghana.”

However, Nkrumah said Greenstreet’s message was crafted by the CPP to capture the mood and mind of the entire country.

I think it is importsnt for us to discuss what Mahama is not doing. The sensible objectives the ordinary citizens are expressing is often that the paid ministers are good for nothing and Mahama should find himself the most previleged man who doesn't know or can. It is of a stupid person who does things in secrecy if you have nothing to hide. Transparency is witnessing the truth but why should the president open up his mouth to tell us he has been false all along and he is coming clean this time and "no matter whose ox is gored". Mahama needs to consider the basic rules which he confined himself in, as well as guided by, to not lose the concise of his duty. Anybody that believes that the president can curb the corruption or fight the curruption should not forget: pepeni and law abiding.

Mr. Mahama is exactly one of the visionless African leaders that have always been accused of misplacing their priorities and bad governance. Does the NDC government think, despite the massive corruption, they can borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, when the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger and over taxed?

Governance under the NDC government is all about deceit and 'opium of the people'. They enjoy everything under the sun but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven, and as they ask us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they're loosening theirs for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they asked us to wait for a paradise in three years. All what is required is effective and efficient Energy Minister with one deputy who will be responsible for power generation and distribution. How can there be separate ministries for Energy and Power? Is power not part of Energy? Waste of scarce resources.

The President should have sacked the MD of ECG long time ago also for incompetence. Until Mahama takes on incompetent ministers and heads of public institutions, his presidency will fail abysmally.

He must be jailed.Agoo,This is what I believed happened in Wayome's case.The money has been shared among others who are with in the government and I be most of it has been spent but I think they gathering money together to pay the government.But all the same our judges are to be blamed for allowing thieves in government to walk around freely.Without pressure from individual Ghanaians Wayome will have been taken into court.Remember he told the court he wanted to see the Judge in chambers.Think about it and tell me what that means.

The Npp will go to the "inner waters and stare the waters and come to the shore to say the water is dirty" I will be so disappointed if they are given another chance to rule this nation. Look at Ghana Airways asserts that were sold among themselves. I had so much hope that when president kuffour came to office, Ghana airways was going to see the light again, they left office with more debt than they promised to deal with. somebody will say that is why they were voted out of office, but we can not trust the current leader they are presenting either. their history with drugs, not directly, but his friends and his brother inlaw who are direct drug dealers makes me really scared if this nation is handed over to Akkufo Addo, He personally gave this guy diplomatic passport with which he travelled everywhere until he was arrested. He needs to come clean. Indeed president mahama has done so much for this country, if not for anything, I live in Adenta madina area, I will have water flowing in my house soon, I have seen a change. Ppl will say kuffour introduced national health insurance, school feeding program, and the metro bus system, but before he will leave office, all of these institutions had issues, including corruption allegations which was discovered by an auditing firm. this made us to loose funding for the school feeding program. gang of four roads, this projects were started without funding secured for it, when president Mills/Mahama administration go and look for funds to complete such a project, Hon. Akoto will come out and shout; our debt portfolio is going up. you can just imagine if all the affordable housing that has already been sold to themselves were completed using more loans, they will shout )p3 p3 p33 (meaning Trilliions of cedis), just like the slogan kuffour used to come to power. I thank God for this young man who is working hard for our nation, building schools everywhere, all interchanges are already payed for, all funding for the 200 secondary school already secured. there is water expansion projects everywhere, atuabo gas is flowing, this is expected to save Ghana huge. this is one of the projects that is expected to pay for itself, the most of all the revitalization of Ghanaian industries with establishment of more industries to ensure we grow what we eat. The Council of State is an appendage of John mahama's incompetent administration, and therefore their impression about John Mahama's efforts is a fore gone conclusion.
What the Council of State must understand and appreciate is that Ghanaians are not interested in John Mahama's efforts. Ghanaians want good results that would be beneficial to all of us, and not just NDC faithfuls.
Any fool can put in the effort, and still achieve no good results.

He's a man of many words who made many promises to Ghanaians to get him elected as president but while none of his numerous campaign promises has been kept he has also presided over a gang of thieves and robbers in his administration. We don't need any more words but action. For starters why doesn't the President order the publication of his assets and of his appointees then invite the public to come forward with any information they have about any undeclared assets. We want to see Woyome, Subah, Gyeeda, etc, all brought to a close in the next 3 months, not the stage managed delays and postponements. How about that for real action instead of the empty talk shows?

The Council of State must be. bold to tell and advise the President of his. ineffective economic policies . The Council of State must be stand on their feet to tell. the President to get rid of corrupt NDC. cronies and ministers and persecute them. before the law of court.as well.There should. be no favouritism and nepotism in. pursuit of persecution of corruption and subsequent retrieval of money that are needed for development.
