I hope the people of Ghana can now perceive what we´ve been saying eversince Mahama was declared a winner of the 2012 Election ruled by Justice Atuguba .The election was surely manupulated by the US Government using greyhound Mahama and his ignorant Ministers to pave way for them to come in for another LOOTING ,which they did after using Afrifa and Kotoka and Co to overthrow our God given Leader Dr.Nkrumah.The question here is what for heaven sake has the US Ambassador to do with our internal affairs. The US needs to provide serious guidance to Ghana as to how this PPP is to be implemented. The PPP initiative has been successfully implemented by the US government to provide for Military Base housing construction, power/electricity generation, etc. and it has worked VERY WELL in the US. Ghana definitely needs expert advice in the implementation of this project otherwise, I am afraid the funds will be WASTED!

Private sector means, enhancing shareholders interests, poor working conditions as the Unions position will be severely curtailed, environmental degradation, there is possible redundancies when a multinational cooperation with relatively more clout is a stakeholder. Ipad, please don't be too hard on the workers because the ramifications are more complex than you probably can see. In the case of environmental hazards, it is the government which will pick up the pieces.

How do you think the US gets its money. They tax private enterprises and citizens. Ghana needs to just look at what the prosperous countries are doing and just do the same. To me this is a no brainer. Privatize everything and then let the govt of Ghana sit back and tax. After that lets see if the businesses will sit down and allow the CEO's to loot and mismanage the businesses. The Ghanaian wants to be emotional. Look at it from purely a business and efficiency stand point.
