    This is what gh govt must do. Ideally, the regional govts should be assuming control in maximizing their energy parlance. Then again, Ghana is run like a communist country

    ECG is bloated with useless workforce, lots of vehicles shuttling from chop bar to chop changing fuses for free aklpe and futu yet the consumer pays for unreliable power.
