    Frank,I believe government budget will cover those bills,hence the decision for them to pay their own bills,if they misuse the money allocated to them then they have to blame themselves for not paying their bills.

    If it is the government that didn't pay then I think it is wrong to disconnect them,after all ECG is also a government company.
    If the government fails to pay as you stated then there is no need for disconnection.

    Kolebu hospital alone had 1039 ghost names on it books,just imagine how much money was been wasted there.when the boss of kolebu was going on retirement he bought himself three cars with funds from the hospital
