For how long has this cruelty been going on and are the Ghana government and human rights advocates aware? The community leaders and parents of these babies must be arrested and prosecuted immediately. Is Ghana heading backwards to the stone age?
The government must provide comfortable shelter for these children and NOT Ministers and Parliamentarians.
