    Kwesi,

    This so called takeover is harshly done; no due diligence was done, due process thrown out the window. This gov't is full of criminals and incompetent officials. This smack of corruption.

    Botchway said that there is no friction between him but went on to say he felt things like the takeover should not be done the wrong manner because of friction.
