The absorption of Ghana National Gas Company(GNGC) into Ghana National Petroleum Corp(GNPC) will, undoubtedly, release major funds for the latter to take active/major oil and gas production of the country. However, the hasty way in which the takeover took place leaves much to be desired. The demand for gas, invariably, outstrips that for oil and, Ghana which has the former in greater quantity, potentially, can generate more revenue from its sale to help finance GNPC operations. This phenomenon will enable GNPC to compete, effectively, with its counterparts in the oil and gas production. Until then, Ghana national involvement in oil exploration will be minimal and, consequently, its income from oil production in the country will always be less.

Rush, rush and rush, sugar rush, no time to read ,just bring the documents, no diligent examination or whatsoever, let us just talk sign after all our brown envelopes are waiting for us, why do we have to waste time ? Blackman brain is it like bird one or just that the IQ is just low, I want to know. These are the days we should have proved to the world that, we are also human being not animals, but our politicians are so weak when it comes in terms of money matters they behave like children in the candy shop. Every race take Blackman for a fool because our leaders are idiots and is very sad, because of oil contracts parliamentarians had to rush to the August house and sign documents to show Ghanaians how hard they are running the country. Bunch of idiots who cannot even communicate with white man upon all their PHDs and what not. Wait a year later what will come out of today's signing will make 90% of Ghanaians sick in a public places. Somehow a can of worms will be widely open later on let us wait.

How can parliament ratify GNPC deal without knowing full details of the deal.Yesterday report on the GNPC deal ratification make no mension of partnership with ENI and VITOL.Now that here is no mension of Tullow Oil (UK)49%, Anadarko Petroleum(US)18% and KOSMOS (US)22% are not involve in this deal, what is the percentage stake of this GNPC oil deal and who much is GNPC cost of the $8 billion or it is divided equally among the partners?.
(2)It is mindboggling to here that Ghana Government how has sent us to IMF shacles for bailout has approve $100 million to protect investors isn't this nauseating?Investors don't need money to protect them but laws. Our roads has develop manhole and we were told there is no money to continue ACCRA to KUMASI highway. Our textile industries are crying for help to buy new equipment and raw material to revive our ailing textile.Contractor has not been paid and parliament got haste audacity to approve $100 million protect investors for what reasons we need answers for this is our money. Is the $100 million going to protect investors against dumso or lack of water?Ghanaians need top acknowledge that the NDC MPs they vote to parliament are the course of Ghana problem. They make it their duty to support every criminal proposal coming from their president not to question and investigate the deal of it and just go ahead to approve it.NDC MPs are Ghana enermy those who hate to see Ghana develop go ahead and vote NDC.
