Hearts close in on Huawei sponsorship deal

Hearts of Oak are on the verge of sealing a lucrative sponsorship deal with ICT firm Huawei.

The deal which is near completion will be the first recorded since Togbe Afede XIV took charge of the club.

Hearts have struggled for sponsorship ever since they went public in 2010.

The club is however set for some financial relief as they inch closer to sealing the deal with Huawei who are also sponsors of the Ghana national team, the Black Stars.

The club is expected in the coming days to announce and give details of this new sponsorship agreement with Huawei.
