The other day Rawlings was unbelievably trying to convince students who could be his grands the reason why a military General was, Major General Utuka was shot dead simply because he and his killer military junta high on drugs then wanted a regional balance to justify the pathetic killings of other Generals including the innocent gentle, Col. Roger Feli who was murdered by firing squad simply for the reason that he signed for an official bank loan of 50 Ghana Cedis. What is 50 Ghana Cedis to a child today in Ghana?

Rawlings has been a liar from the beginning---from his school days---he can't stay on the side of truth, but will look in the face of unsuspecting Ghanaians and spread false info about others. Folks will recall in the run up to the 2008 election he went around the country lying to our rural folks that Kuffour was corrupt and that the NDC will jail him and his ministers when they [NDC] come to power. Guess what; none of all 17 ex-ministers and gov't appointees who were dragged to court were found not guilty of the dubious offences and charges that the NDC had labelled against them. Such is the character of Rawlings and his criminal bunch, who succeeded in ruling Ghana for 19yrs---and still counting---with late Atta-Mills and John Mahama back on the throne.

Rawlings has forgotten that discriminating against a particular tribes people, by harassing them, confiscating their businesses and property, executing or killing them including chiefs, chasing some them and their family into exile and telling lies about them could lead to chaos in any country or retaliation by angry individuals. I believe Rawlings still harbour the guilty feelings about the crimes he committed against innocent Ghanaians---he recently confessed: "we had to kill innocent people"---he's afraid of his own shadows, hence his resort to spreading false alarm about his personal safety. Criminals die many times without being chased, so the age-old saying goes. It's a pity.

We Ghanaians alive today must be grateful to this unselfish individual and his Arm Forces for restoring dignity to Ghana, or else, there would hardly be Ghana today. I do not know how much you know about Ghana's Politics, and I do not know what you know about ethic rivalries in Ghana today. We must be mindful of the consequences of what some people are saying without tangible evidence. If you do not know anything about Ghana's Politics, I suggest that you go back to school and study it, would be more beneficial to you in the long run in order for you to make comments at any public forum.
