    IF THE OTHER POLICE REGIONAL COMMANDERS WERE AS EFFECTIVE AS KOO BOAKYE, ARMED ROBBERY IN GHANA WOULD BE MUCH LESS. I WOULD MAKE HIM IGP TODAY IF I HAD THE POWER. HE KNOWS HOW TO KICK ASS.
