  I want to propose that our laws be changed interms of convicting drug peddelers.I mean those who smoke illicit drugs and weed.

  I want to propose that our laws be changed interms of convicting drug peddelers.I mean those who smoke illicit drugs and weed.
  Such people need correctional sentences to go through.if such people are convicted with long terms that will not in any way let them learn lessons.But if we change our laws to convict them and put them at centers where we have experts to give them help to quit smoking and taking those hard stuff.
  We will be saving millions of people from engaging in this killer drugs.
  Incancerating and condemning them into prisons with lengthy sentences will rather make them hard again once they come out.
  We should therefore change our laws to suit to mordern trend nowadays.many countries have these correctional centers, where they keep drug users for correction.
