    Don't worry he is a product of Konkonte Lapiwa University,Rawlings is the cause of all these problems after his so called Educational reforms.They've reduced the bar to university education too low.

    With high taxes on everything including electricity, fuel, water, and the numerous loans contracted every organization is owed by government. Where is the money?
