    Reducing ghost names should only be first step. Subsequently, you have to find out who is responsible for it, who are the ghosts collecting the money and then punish them. otherwise it will resurface again as always.

    Ghost workers? The easiest ghost workers to expunge from payrolls are the non existent workers. The more difficult ' ghost workers are the many many government employees who do little or nothing or do needless 'work'. For ins ...

    Every time we are told about the removal of ghost names from the payroll we are not told of any punishment to those who planted the ghost names and benefited from the "ghost monies". 13%of the wage bill is a very huge amount. ...

    The only way you can permanently deal with the ghost names on government payroll is to install biometric clocking in systems for ALL government institutions, especially the ministries. Some may argue that it will be too expen ...

    WILL NOT BE SURPRISE THERE IS STILL MORE GHOST NAMES IN THE SYSTEM AND THEY NEED TO BE TRACE AND PROSECUTED NOT JUST DELETE AS WELL AS WHO OWNS THESE NAMES AND ACCOUNTS
