in my observation, the single most important issue to address is the land title system - which appears to be very challenging to say the least! The Torrens system would be worth studying!

Well said lady. The run away/unrealistic property pricing in Ghana should be brought under control immediately! How can a 3 bedroom semi in Accra cost more than £60,000/- GBP (ABOUT GHC 150,000/-)let alone £100,000/- or GHC 500,000/-? How much do they pay the construction workers in Ghana compared with, say, the UK?? The Govt should intervene as a matter of urgency!!
