Is he psychologically ill, timid of facing his abuser, someone he had looked up to an an omni-powerful DOCTOR? Give him some serious rehabilitation through counseling for, at least, 2 years.

Right now, he is in no state of mind to be in court. His family should find a way to kill this poison that calls itself a doctor. Other than that, he should be sentenced to 100 years in jail.

This is how people use POWER, INFLUENCE, and sometimes MONEY to subdue their victims! Ask the psychologists, psychiatrists, and counsellors and they will explain the horrors that go on in such cases! It is not that simplistic as you imagine. Why do you think some women stay with abusive husbands for so long until sometimes they are murdered? With such huge difference between the ages and the social status, this 'Animal Doctor' had an unimaginable hold on the boy and he exploited that in full to satisfy his crude and insatiable lust!

we should be careful with cases involving human rights. there are many human rights advocates calling for the jailing of the medics. I wonder if they understand their duties as advocates of human right. the medic is also a human with rights like the boy. what if he is proven not guilty. will all these people render apology to the medics. I will say again and again don't judge a case before it's time. time will tell. I have seen such allegations before.
