That is the problem in Ghana,we played politics with everything using judges to block development projects which is becoming a norm in the Central region.
I wonder why a court will be interfering in government programs,and I wonder if it is a law in the country that government has to seek court approval to demolish structures to pave way development projects.
If they don't like what has been provided as temporary structures they should just change it,that is what government can provide,it is not the job of individuals to tell government what kind of materials they should use for the project.
