    Sensible people will go to work and produce for development. You can refuse to buy the petrol or import some and sell at GHS2 per gallon. You can use the monies you have stolen between 2000 and 2008 to order NPP fuel

    This is simple proportion. If 147 dollars per barrel under kufuor was sold @ 5.30; then 80 dollars per barrel under mahama shd be sold less than 10Ghc. Adei mahama nnim nkonta.
