WHILE THE ACC GENERAL PAYS WORKERS OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH WORKERS, OWNERS OF PRIVATE HEALTH FACILITIES CAN'T AND ARE FOLDING UP. SERIOUSLY, ALL PRIVATE HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDERS MUST MEET TO ANNOUNCE THE OBITUARY OF THE NHIS AND START 'CASH AND CARRY' IF THEY DON'T WANT THIS PROPAGANDA-INFESTED NDC GOVT TO COLLAPSE THEIR BUSINESSES. AFTER ALL THE KNUST HOSPITAL AND PRESTEA GOVT HOSPITAL HAVE STARTED 'CASH AND CARRY.' THE SATANAIC NDC WILL,OF COURSE, NEVER ANNOUNCE THE OBITUARY OF NHIS LEST THEY LOSE THE 2016 ELECTIONS BUT IN SO DOING OUR HEALTH SECTOR IS GRINDING TO A HALT. START 'CASH AND CARRY' NOW !!!!!!!!!!

You said it all! But how do we police these intiatives. Criminals of the state are so clever in their dealings: I know a man in my vicinity, a civil servant in an Accounts Department of the one of the security sectors of the nation; He has so many houses dotted around Accra and Tema. To conceal his access, he sent his nephew and the family to reside in Brittain and most of these properties are standing in this gentleman's nane(the nephew). Sadly he is also making noice of hardship and corruption in Ghana. What a funny state we live in?
This is Ghana we live in!! So so sad!!!

Hi fellow Ghanaians !Just listen and listen good ! All the corruption that is going on under the nose of the most corrupt government under the useless leadership of mahama is because we have a useless constitution that has concentrated all power in the hands of one foolishly greedy so call president and his village brothers.
Untill we put aside the useless 1992 constituton and and the good people of ghana come out with a constitution that will give power to the masses, forget about corruption for mahama will always hide behind the 1992 bogus constitution and continue to steel as if there is no tomorrow.

As of yesterday Prof Prempeh was lecturing Ghanaians on how corruption has become a hindrance to honest citizens serving in government and today the Prof talks about government not equipped to solve all of the nation’s problems.
If we assume that majority of Ghana’s moral and principled have stayed away from politics, we would also have to ask why corruption and corrupt practices keep gaining the upper hand in society. The answer I submit is that we are a corrupt society and even the best amongst us succumb to corruption to enjoy the lives they do live. For if it were true that there are morally upright citizens left in academia or in executive offices around Ghana they would have exposed the rot that comes their way in their everyday lives. There are no such cases and corrupt official flourish because the elite class and the rich patronize a system they have help build.
Furthermore a government that is not wise and or has no ideas, ideals and above all foresight cannot and could not put together a constitution that will stand the test of time. It is a nation’s constitution that helps govern all societal evils and misdeeds and it is the constitution that gives the government the moral authority to solve problems even when those problems come from the left field. Would any nation write in their constitution which virus and or deadly diseases government can mobilize its citizens? No but a wise constitution does inherently drive government to solve every social ill.
