    The Chief Justice/office does not prosecute! This is the Constitutional duty of the Attorney General/office so this is where the problem/incompetence lies!!

    Correct some entity must be prosecuting not the Judiciary. There is an irresponsibility somewhere, if it is the AGs then that is where this problem lies.
