What an uncharitable comment! What, again do you want the Chief Justice to do after setting up those courts to try financial miscreants? Is it the case that you are suggesting the CJ should physically drag persons indicted by the Parliamentary body charged to go into the finances of state agencies to those courts? Why not attack the Attorney General's Department for failing to perform their duty?
Enough of this behaviour of branding persons and attaching them to the opposition party when their genuine actions hit the ruling party? Why don't you ascribe the CPP, the PPP or any other party to the CJ but the NPP? After-all, what is wrong if she belongs to the NPP? Must we all belong to the NDC? If so, then what is the essence of Ghana choosing multi-partyism?

All the jabbering of Chief Justice of the SCOG truly amounts to nothing. Operations of the justice system in Ghana is a responsibility of the Judiciary and no one else. If she is up to the task she should crack the whip if not she should resign if she is principled and not in the pockets of the party that nominated and placed her on the bench.
Why is she not out to tell the jackass and jackals in her NPP it is the Judiciary that has not had the will to prosecute instead of her silence while the public mostly NPP and their closet supporters accuse the Mahama government of not doing anything about corruption?

Please lady !!!!!!! ; do not waste our time with your pet legal projects ;It is a complete JOKE ; Mrs Wood is the greatest stealer in jurisprudence in Ghana ; Mrs Wood neglected her responsibility and allowed Atuguba to chair the petition and now she complaining about people not sending fraud cases to this fake court ; who is a full to send a case to this court when everybody knows the matter will be rigged besides the lady knows all corruption in Ghana is collusion corruption with a network of stealing enterprise in the system.

The Chief Justice/office does not prosecute! This is the Constitutional duty of the Attorney General/office so this is where the problem/incompetence lies!!

Correct some entity must be prosecuting not the Judiciary. There is an irresponsibility somewhere, if it is the AGs then that is where this problem lies.
