We are under economic shackles all because of NDC incompetent and corrupt government. We had eight years of NPP government and times were certainly better for us than we have found ourselves in under the six years of GYEEDA,SUBAH,SADA,NSS and least of all Woyome stealling from us a whopping fifty one million.
The NDC and its head corruptible Mahama must give way to the NPP.
At least if I am poor but the sacrifice is giving all children in Ghana some free education then my sacrifice is worth it.
We have nothing to call home and tell mama about in the sad state of Ghana economy. Give us a break Mr.Mahama and your incompetent NDC.

The GNPC Chief Executive Officer Alex Mould and Attorney General cannot hide under Section 15 of 1983 PNDC law 64, the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation Act to support their decision not to seek parliamentary approval after the Minister of Finance had okayed the move. Recent Judgment Debt payments revelations shows that some elements in the AG's Department have been reckless and cannot be trusted anyway. The least said about the AG's Department the better - Need a complete reconditioning of their nationalistic mindset.
Where an Act of Parliament has spelt out how a matter should be settled or dealt with, the provision of PNDC Law 64 cannot supersede such edict. Is the 1983 PNDC Law 64 superior to the 1992 Constitution of Ghana?

Good question. I've been wondering what prevails when there is such a conflict. The constitution or the decree of a military junta? Constitutional law professors and students please helps us.

Did AG has the power to approve loan?Am only try to be wel educated on this issue if our constitution made a provision for AG to aprove loans without seek parliamentary approal and is valid?IFs there any useful on our parliamentarians if AG has to power to approve loans without any canal knowledge of our laws makers that our constitution stipulated that they are the sole legal valid body to approve loan. This AG given GNPC the go ahead to secure loan is a criminal act and should be investigate and moreover The AG should resign from office for investigation to proceed. To be frank NDC should respect our constitution.

Alex Mould said yesterday that GNPC did not need Parliamentary approval because the Attorney General and the finance minister had given them the approval per the 1983 PNDC Act. Read it for yourself.
