Are working together they would outline the necessary strategies needed to address these areas. For a start the UnHuman right convention, the protection of the vulnerable people, mental health rehabilitation of always goes hand in hand with implementation of right educational input. Both the Minister of Education is just happy to be called a Minister of Education & Health are just happy to be called Govt Minister and as such enjoying all the privieldges that goes with it. However when one reflects on acheivement and the the difference the pair have made since they came to their positions is zero. It is difficult to know where the pair are getting their information from in order to address the inequalities in health and education. I guess not from the WHO or the Un Human right convention. They should just look at what other developed countries who also started like us but in this 21 st century have lots of boost about. I do not know whether the next Govt would seripously address these issues who ever that Govt would be>

The lack of LI for the mental law isn't the first law parliament has passed without making provisions for it full implementation.
let consider bills passed few years back:Public health bill,local content bill, DOmestic violence bill...etc last I checked, very little and mostly nothing at all is done to ensure these laws are fully enforced.
It like giving birth and ignoring taking care of the child; image the fate of that child....Ghanaians love to talk but our action to back our words is far below the bench-mark.
We need to curb that illness.
