Without blowing his own horn JDM is gradually solving all the problems created by Kufuor. He has thrown wide open the doors to public offices for any conceivable malfeasance to be exposed. Kufuour would never have set up the Judgement Debts Commission, not to talk of the Ghana@Brazil Commission. Kufuor's strategy was to sweep such things under the carpet and bribed the press to steer away from them.

However, come to think of it, Kufuor understood the psyche of the Ghanaian very well: Expose corruption and you are the one to be accused of it. How he was so right!!! Look how we are castigating JDM for exposing wrong-doing!!!!! See how, instead of praising him, we are rather lambasting and accusing him as being the wrong-doer!

We all should have backed JDM to eradicate corruption from Ghana. I appeal to all to begin to see things from a different point of view. This is the only way we can encourage him to add more vigour to his efforts.

Sam, don't be deceived the sharp-talking politicians. I tell you, if a govt is not willing there is no way you can expose corruption. You may suspect and spread rumours and that is it. We saw it under Kufuor. The worst corruption occurred under Kufuor and all we could do was rumour and grumble while Kufuor kept everything under wraps. Kufuor even openly declared in a public speech that he won't expose corrupt acts to ruin his government- and we all heard him loud and clear.

So why don't we praise JDM as this could inspire him to act more decisively, knowing full well that his people are behind what he is doing?

For once, lets be good citizens and support the govt. Then in 2016 you can vote for your party. All we should be looking for is for Ghana to progress, not our parties. I must say that it is NPP members are most guilty of unpatriotic acts and stance and I appeal to them to change for the sake of Mother Ghana.

The various components of the systems should be logged by function as well as location. The functions can range from dam, substations and down to powerlines. The location should be national, regional and all the way down to street.
Every function and location must then be allocated to a manager so that when something goes wrong, we know where it happened, what was wrong and who was the manager responsible for it.
This will allow us to know what are the major causes, like power lines or sub stations, where these incidents occur and who is responsible for it. We can link the maintenance to it and see the correlation between maintenance and breakdown.
managers at national, regional and district level see clear analysis of the problems and identify the solution required.For instance If the breakdown is occurring at an area where Chinese equipment have been used or managed by a particular individual, all that can be highlighted. At the moment ghanaians don't know exactly what the major causes are. We know we need to generate more power but that doesn't answer all the questions.
