If Avram Grant has not agreed on financial terms why has GFA made public his appointment? If I were the second choice, I would not accept the job if GFA and Avram Grant fail to reach financial terms. This is poor judgement.

First, I was saddened when I heard of the "firing/sacking" of Coach K. Appiah as the Black Stars coach. I don't know exactly what he did wrong as a coach except, perhaps, the lack of discipline of the "out of control players" in Brazil, as well as the bungled logistics covering the vampires who accompanied the team.

Don't forget, that Appiah is the same as Nyantakyi, Dr. Nkrumah, Dr. Kofi Busia, Presidents Rawlings, Kufuor, Mills and Mahama—ALL MADE IN GHANA!! Therefore, you can’t expect MIRACLES from someone whose ass is the same as yours. From where and how would he get the technical experience, that most White coaches have, BECAUSE OF THEIR TRAINIG, FACILITIES, SELF DISCIPLINE and EXPOSURE to sophisticated training equipment? For a change, we sometimes need an African coach, so it was sad to see Appiah’s firing.

Warning: Mr. Avram may be all that smiling and affable, but our intelligence agencies in Ghana should be very watchful of him, because he could be a big SPY FOR ISRAEL and for that matter, the USA as a client. Remember Mossad? Many foreign Embassy employees and even PEACE CORPS teachers have all been SPIES—only to our ignorance and sleeping at the wheel attitude. So, BNI, CID, etc., WATCH HIS ASS CAREFULLY, while coaching the Black Stars.

When was the last time Israel qualified to play in the quarter finals of FIFA World Cup tournament?
Kwesi Appiak never had confidence in himself if one looked at his posture during games but there are other good coaches on the soil.
The idea of a Head coach always saying I am building the team does not hold water. If there are matured players the few young ones have to join them in matches.
I believe Ghana players would appreciate and respect a Ghanaian Head Coach who has played football at international level.
It would be a waste of resources to dream of a coach of calibre of Avram Grant who was sacked at Chelsea.

If they were going to fire Coach Appiah over the debacle in Brazil (which wasn't his fault) then the GFA needed to make a BIG NAME hire, and they've done it. Now let's hope it pays off and make the final four of the 2018 World Cup.
Now I'm going to sit back and see what happens.

This is one of the reasons Nyantakyi should be shown the door. He and Elvis were the chief culprits in the events leading to the abysmal performance of the Black Stars in Brazil, and such people are a liability to all future performances of the national team. Rather than encourage an indigenous coach to success, Nyantakyi rather prefers to pay a foreigner more than twice the same salary to do the same job. This is a disgrace! What is the noise about the president preaching 'made in Ghana goods and services' if Ghanaians can be that insensitive to a fellow Ghanaian?
One wonders whether the next manager's contract would contain a clause about failure at the next big tournament. If the GFA sacked Akwasi Appiah cheaply, they must know that a foreign coach would not go so cheaply next time.

Please Compare this with the great job by Mr Kwasi Appiah's pantry outlay of $37,000per month.
So how much is GFA prepare to pay Mr Avram Grant in other to expect delivery of very good services without the possibilities of throwing away Black stars' crucial marches?
