  The above statement makes no sense. If the chairs are not good then procurement folks or who ever was responsible for the ordering chairs should ask for better quality replacements or a refund. The Chinese are known for inferior exports to Africa anyway, just because they know we have low standards and are corrupt. They can bribe their way through our system.

  You cannot trust a foreign entity to supply your embassy or parliament with any building material because they could add listening devices without your knowledge and they will know everything that is taking place in your country. Why can't we trust our furniture makers and give them enough time to produce quality products?
