The above statement makes no sense. If the chairs are not good then procurement folks or who ever was responsible for the ordering chairs should ask for better quality replacements or a refund. The Chinese are known for inferior exports to Africa anyway, just because they know we have low standards and are corrupt. They can bribe their way through our system.
