The other bottles might have been there, while she bought the energy drink which is infront of her to reenergise herself. However the rule as spelt out prohibits one in uniform entering a drinking spot, unless to perform a duty. This will make other service personnel to behave more professionally

You can view this issue in two ways.
First, the Ghana Police could investigate the exact time they went there. In case it happened at the time they were supposed to have been in office then they could be penalized somehow. This could only be based upon why they were chilling out although they were expected to be at work at that time.

On the issue with drinking, it is very hard to prove. The fact that they've got alcoholic beverages on their tables does not necessarily imply they were intoxicated or were the in the act of doing so. The only person who can testify it was true could be the bartender. But then he's got to show some invoices as to what exactly they bought at that time. Else blaming them on the basis of seeing alcoholic beverages on their tables or someone just slumbering while eating is just unheard of and has no realistic support.

I think parliament should pass a law that will make recording or taking photograph of people without their knowledge illegal.
It is becoming too much in Ghana the way people are abusing social media.

Do you know there are some states you cannot record somebody without the knowledge of that individual?

Recently a Judge in Cape Coast abused her power by jailing a DCE who accused her of corruption using a tape recording without referring the case to police if even that constitute a criminal offense but acted as police,prosecutor and a Judge.
