It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

This guy ought to be found guilty of criminal negligence, in the very least. Being a head of an Institution like this is not like dealing with a familiar neighbor or relative. Even so, when it comes to Business transactions, one is supposed to abide by the rules without exemption, no matter whom one deals with. It could be one's wife or child or parent. The Laws and Regulations have to be followed to the 'T'.
This is the kind of discipline most Ghanaians lack. It is the same reasoning this guy offered for an excuse that has led many people to fail even in their own private Businesses.
Folks get to manage Businesses that are not even theirs, and all they do is play philanthropy with them to run them down. They play "Mmeda m'ase" (meaning: 'don't thank me') with the Businesses. They would dole out the revenues to loved ones and would not even expect them to offer thanks in return. How cheap could we go!!!!
We want to be praised as being most supporting and generous to these loved ones at the expense of the Businesses, jeopardizing their survival. We do not even pause to think how badly that behavior is affecting even the Working Capital. We would dole out all the profits, and make incursions into the Capital itself, and eventually collapse the Business. Then, we would turn around and look for the poorest, and, often elderly female relatives we dislike to blame for using witchcraft to destroy our fortunes. How much dumber could we be?
